Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs nursing functions within the scope of practice, providing and coordinating care to meet residents' physical, psychosocial, and functional care needs, including medication administration, patient assessment, documentation, and ensuring safety in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care and coordinates services to meet residents' physical and psychosocial needs. They also oversee medication administration, maintain clinical documentation, and supervise certified staff to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
