The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, safety, and operational efficiency in an auto service environment, with responsibilities including sales, inventory, and employee management.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while managing store functions. They also coach and direct store associates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Automotive and Tire Knowledge Automotive Industry Experience Communication Skills Customer Service Inventory Management Leadership MS Office (Excel and others) Multitasking Physical Strength and Stamina Sales

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry in a lead or supervisory role. Additionally, 1 year of retail sales experience and knowledge of tires and automotive services are required.
