We are seeking a commercially minded and strategically focused Healthcare Development Manager to drive market access, business growth, and healthcare transformation initiatives across the South West UK. In this role, you will work with key stakeholders across healthcare systems to identify opportunities, influence decision-making networks, and improve patient care pathways. You will play a critical role in developing local access strategies, building clinical advocacy, and delivering value-based healthcare solutions that support both healthcare providers and patients.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute local market access and business plans, build relationships with NHS decision-makers, and identify opportunities to grow brands and improve patient care. Support clinical pathways and service redesign, collaborate across internal teams, and use market intelligence and performance data to optimize engagement and deliver sustainable commercial and healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

Requires a degree or equivalent experience, in-depth knowledge of the NHS and its decision-making processes, and proven experience engaging commissioning and service-delivery stakeholders. Candidates should have a successful track record in healthcare-related markets, strong commercial and analytical skills, and excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, project management, and collaboration abilities.
