Responsibilities

The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service by assisting retail and professional customers with parts selection and inquiries. They also perform daily operational tasks including inventory management, processing transactions, and maintaining store appearance.

Qualifications

Automotive Parts Automotive Repair Bilingual in Spanish Cash Handling Cataloging Customer Complaints Resolution Customer Service Inventory Management Order Processing Test Equipment Operation

Candidates should have the ability to match alphanumeric sequences and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. While not strictly required, familiarity with automotive parts and ASE certification are highly desired.
