Job summary

Participate as a member of the nursing and personal care team, providing care in activities of daily living to residents, reporting changes, and carrying out directions from registered staff in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support for residents' activities of daily living to ensure their physical, social, and emotional well-being. Observe and report changes in resident status while working cooperatively with the nursing team.
