The Workday Peakon Principal Consultant is a senior functional role responsible for leading design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Peakon Employee Voice solutions, acting as an advisor to improve employee engagement and workforce insights through workshops, configuration, and strategic advice, supporting implementation and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

The Principal Consultant leads the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Peakon Employee Voice solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. They are responsible for managing workstreams, mentoring team members, and supporting business development activities to drive employee engagement strategies.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of Workday implementation experience and a strong background in employee engagement and workforce analytics. A bachelor's degree is required, and an active Workday Peakon Employee Voice Certification is preferred.
