Job summary

As a CBRNE Red Teamer at Handshake, you will evaluate AI models' handling of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive threats by designing adversarial prompts, assessing outputs, and identifying security vulnerabilities to improve model safety and security in sensitive domains.

Responsibilities

Design and execute technically grounded adversarial prompts to test AI model safety against CBRNE-related threats. Document and score model failures to provide actionable insights for improving safety guardrails and preventing dangerous uplift.

Qualifications

Requires graduate-level education or equivalent professional experience in a CBRNE-related field such as chemistry, biology, or nuclear physics. Candidates must possess strong adversarial problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate technical risks in AI model outputs.
