Responsibilities

Provides safe and accurate patient care, including chemotherapy administration, medication safety, and patient assessment. Manages patient education, documentation in the EMR, and telephone triage for a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Requires a nursing degree and an unencumbered RN license in the state of employment. Must possess current CPR and BLS certifications along with experience in hematology/oncology settings.
