Leading residential construction site management with a focus on safety, quality, and operational success. Responsible for project delivery, site coordination, safety culture, and team management.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day management of residential construction projects valued at £10m+, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-compliant delivery. This includes coordinating site teams, managing subcontractors, and collaborating with commercial and technical departments to maintain high quality standards.

Qualifications

Communication Skills Construction Management Health & Safety legislation ISO standards Leadership Project Programming Site Safety (CSCS, SMSTS, Scaffold Inspection, TWC) Stakeholder Engagement Subcontractor Management Team Development

Requires an HND/Degree in Construction or equivalent experience with a proven track record in residential or mixed-use site management. Candidates must hold CSCS, SMSTS, Scaffold Inspection, and TWC certifications.
