Job summary

The Product Manager for Software / Applied AI at Lila leads the development of AI-native systems for scientific discovery, owning specific product areas, guiding end-to-end full-stack development, and translating complex scientific workflows into accessible digital tools. Key responsibilities include deep domain expertise, cross-functional orchestration between scientists and engineers, and building scalable, user-centric scientific software.

Responsibilities

You will lead the product strategy and roadmap for specific AI-native scientific discovery tools while collaborating with engineering and research teams. You are responsible for translating complex scientific workflows into scalable, high-impact digital products across the full stack.

Qualifications

agile/Scrum AI/Applied AI B2B SaaS cross-functional collaboration data infrastructure full-stack development product management scientific research software development UX/UI design

Candidates should have experience building complex B2B SaaS or data-heavy technical platforms with a strong ability to navigate both user experience and backend architecture. You must be comfortable thriving in ambiguous environments and possess the operational rigor to drive product execution.
