Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include performing head-to-toe assessments, managing urgent clinical situations, and conducting medication reconciliation and wound care.
