Job summary

Manage warehouse logistics by receiving, processing, and shipping materials, maintaining inventory and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Receive, process, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records and preparing shipping documentation. Handle time-critical and temperature-sensitive shipments, coordinate with couriers, freight suppliers, clients, and internal teams, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and detect emergency alarms; inventory software familiarity and equipment certification are preferred.
