Job summary

A People Advisor role supporting employee relations, performance, wellbeing, and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including managing employee engagement, conduct investigations, and providing guidance to managers and staff.

Responsibilities

The People Advisor will provide commercial and premium people service to stakeholders, managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting various departments. They will also contribute to engagement, wellbeing, and diversity initiatives while providing expert guidance on employee relations and performance management.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a generalist People Advisor role with significant expertise in performance management and capability processes. Strong experience in conducting disciplinary and grievance investigations, along with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, is required.
