Job summary

A licensed practical nurse (LPN) with pediatric experience providing complex, one-on-one home care for medically fragile children, including trach and ventilator management, with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one, high-acuity pediatric nursing care in a home setting. Manage complex medical needs including tracheostomy and ventilator support for pediatric patients.

Qualifications

CPR certification patient assessment pediatric high-acuity care trach and ventilator management ventilation support

Must hold a valid LPN license in good standing and current CPR certification. Pediatric experience is preferred, and the role requires the ability to perform complex clinical tasks.
