Job summary

The Pursuit Lead, Elevate owns transformational opportunities end-to-end—from first strategic engagement through close and into early customer success. You are the single point of accountability for deal progression, commercial architecture, and customer outcomes. You work closely with a Transformational Platform Consultant to present a unified vision of operational transformation through the ServiceNow platform. The role involves identifying transformational opportunities, developing strategic hypotheses, orchestrating cross-functional pursuit teams, creating commercial models, and establishing executive conviction. Responsibilities include managing deal lifecycle stages from early opportunity shaping to closing, with a focus on driving business impact, building platform depth, orchestrating stakeholder alignment, and capturing learnings for future pursuits.

Qualifications

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales and deal structuring, with a proven track record of closing large-scale contracts. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence without authority are essential for navigating complex organizational transformations.
