Job summary

Manage the daily operations of construction sites from commencement through to project completion. Plan, coordinate, and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. Monitor progress against the construction programme and resolve any delays or site issues. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project standards. Enforce health and safety legislation, company policies, and site procedures. Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, plant, and equipment. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and local authorities as required. Prepare and maintain site records, progress reports, and daily site diaries. Identify and resolve technical, operational, and contractual issues. Ensure works comply with building regulations, planning conditions, and environmental requirements. Support project handovers and ensure all snagging items are completed.
