Job summary

The Care Assistant role involves providing homecare services such as personal care, household support, companionship, medication assistance, and enabling independence for elderly or vulnerable clients. Responsibilities include visiting clients, following care plans, supporting daily activities, maintaining dignity, and ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires good communication, compassion, driving license (preferred), and the ability to accurately document care activities.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and support to customers in their homes, including assistance with daily tasks and medication. Maintain high standards of dignity and independence while adhering to CQC requirements and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications
