Job summary

The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management with various operational tasks, inventory management, and in-store services including basic automotive repairs. The role requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with automotive parts, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to retail and professional customers by assisting with parts selection and processing transactions. Maintain store operations through inventory management, stocking shelves, and performing basic vehicle services.

Qualifications

Candidates must be able to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts, ASE certification, and fluency in Spanish are highly desired.
