Job summary

Lead the strategic scaling of EV platforms across Eastern Region markets, overseeing fleet uptime, integrating new electric vehicle platforms, providing technical mentorship to diagnostic teams, managing vendor relationships, deploying automated systems, and ensuring zero-downtime for mission-critical EV hardware, in a senior operational leadership role.

Qualifications

Autonomous Vehicles Data Analysis Electrical Engineering High-Voltage Safety Mechanical Engineering Operations Management Powertrain Systems Project Management Troubleshooting Vendor Management

Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field and over 10 years of experience in commercial operations, with at least 3 years focused on EV platforms. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in NPI scaling, vendor SLA management, and the analysis of telemetry data.
