Job summary

Provide retail and installer customers with high-quality service, assist with automotive parts, and perform in-store automotive services. Support store operations including inventory, returns, and delivery when needed. Engage in customer interactions, handle transactions, and perform testing and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

The Parts Specialist provides high-level customer service by assisting retail and professional customers with parts selection and inquiries. They also support store operations through inventory management, cash handling, and performing basic in-store automotive services.

Qualifications

Candidates should have the ability to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts and cataloging systems is desired, and bilingual skills are highly encouraged.
