Job summary

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Medical and Surgical area as a registered nurse, including developing care plans, evaluating patient responses, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical and surgical area while maintaining professional nursing standards. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and update patient care plans and discharge strategies.

Qualifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) clinical assessment collaborative communication electronic health records emergency response medical documentation nursing patient care telemetry

Requires a graduate degree from a professional nursing program and current RN licensure in the State of Iowa. Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and be willing to learn new software systems.
