Job summary

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for outpatient Urology Triage Pod. Provide telephone triage, assess patient concerns, deliver education, and connect patients with care teams. Requires nursing experience, BLS certification, and active RN license.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide telephone triage and clinical support to urology patients by assessing symptoms and identifying appropriate levels of care. They will utilize evidence-based protocols to facilitate timely connections to care teams and provide patient education.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Indiana or a compact state and possess a Basic Life Support certification. A minimum of five years of nursing experience is preferred, along with an Associate or Bachelor degree in Nursing.
