Job summary

Vestwell is seeking an Implementations Manager to serve as the liaison and project manager for onboardings of Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors onto their platform, managing projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing expertise related to plan design and onboarding processes for retirement plans.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors during the onboarding process to Vestwell's platform. Manage end-to-end project timelines and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful plan transitions.

Qualifications

adapting in fast-paced environment client servicing communication customer service end-to-end conversion processing non-discrimination testing plan administration plan design project management retirement plan onboarding

Requires 2-4 years of experience in 401(k) onboarding implementations and proficiency with operational tools like Jira or Asana. Prior knowledge of ERISA rules or ASPPA credentials is preferred but not required.
