Job summary

Manage environmental permitting projects supporting infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, focusing on regulatory compliance, natural resource assessments, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead environmental permitting and natural resource projects across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, including developing regulatory strategies, preparing permit applications and technical reports, and coordinating with agencies and multidisciplinary teams. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and financial performance while advising clients, mentoring junior staff, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

Environmental Compliance Environmental Permitting Environmental Regulations Natural Resource Assessments Permitting Strategy Project Management Regulatory Coordination Technical Writing Threatened and Endangered Species Wetland Delineation

Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant environmental or natural resources field and at least seven years of related experience, including experience supporting projects in Texas, Louisiana, and/or Oklahoma. Candidates must have strong knowledge of environmental permitting and regulations, agency coordination experience, project management capabilities, and excellent technical writing and communication skills; a master's degree and PMP certification are preferred.
