Job summary

Seeking a customer-focused Sales Operations & Transportation Specialist to manage customer relationships, coordinate transportation, and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams while providing timely customer updates and resolving concerns. Coordinate transportation, negotiate freight rates, manage orders and shipping records, and proactively follow up on pending shipments.

Qualifications

Requires at least four years of experience in customer service, sales operations, logistics, or transportation coordination, along with strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
