Job summary

The Senior/Principal Scientist in Small Molecule Therapeutics will lead early hit identification, focusing on DNA-encoded libraries, screening technologies, assay development, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize and validate small molecule hits for drug discovery.

Responsibilities

Lead early hit identification efforts by leveraging DNA-encoded libraries (DEL) and complementary screening technologies to discover novel chemical matter. Partner with Chemistry, Computational, and Automation teams to build and scale an AI-enabled small molecule screening platform.

Qualifications

Assay development Automation Biochemical assays Biophysical assays Data analysis DNA-encoded libraries (DEL) High-throughput screening Protein construct design Screening technologies SMILES

Requires a PhD with 6-8 years of experience or a BS/MS with 10+ years in small molecule discovery and DEL screening. Must have proven expertise in biophysical methods, assay validation, and operating within automation-enabled laboratory environments.
