Job summary

The LPN/LVN role involves providing personalized healthcare, monitoring patient behaviors, collaborating with nurses, and supporting patient recovery in a rehab setting. Requires current licensure, CPR certification, and preferably inpatient hospital experience.

Responsibilities

The LPN/LVN will provide direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses while following personalized care plans. They will also collaborate with Registered Nurses to support patient rehabilitation goals and foster meaningful recovery relationships.

Qualifications
