Job summary

The Automotive Lead Technician diagnoses drivability and electrical systems, while leading and mentoring team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems including brakes, electrical, suspension, and air conditioning. Provide leadership and mentorship to other technicians while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Requires a valid driver's license and proficiency in automotive maintenance and repair. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience or equivalent vocational training and possess or be willing to obtain ASE certifications.
