Responsibilities

The Director oversees the strategy, operations, and financial performance of the pre-bill DRG validation program while managing a multidisciplinary team of clinical and coding professionals. They act as the primary executive contact for clients, ensuring compliance, high-quality service delivery, and the achievement of revenue integrity goals.

APR-DRG Clinical validation CMS regulations Coding Coding Guidelines DRG validation ICD-10-CM/PCS MS-DRG Pre-bill review Query practice guidelines

Candidates must possess a clinical degree (RN, MD, DO, PA, or NP) and a CCS certification, with at least five years of experience in DRG validation and three years of management experience. A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree and CCDS or CDIP certifications are preferred.
