Job summary

Waymo is seeking a Senior Vehicle Dynamics Simulation Engineer to develop and integrate vehicle dynamics models using C++ and Python for autonomous vehicle simulation and testing. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in modeling vehicle dynamics, strong understanding of tire and chassis dynamics, and experience with simulation tools and vehicle safety systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and integrate vehicle dynamics models for chassis, actuators, and safety systems into the Waymo simulation framework. Define test campaigns and execute simulation-based analyses to support the development and validation of the Waymo Driver.
