Job summary

Lead development of high-performance, mission-critical defense software in C++ and Python, focusing on air and missile defense systems. Mentor junior engineers, drive technical strategy, and deliver solutions for sensor fusion, threat classification, and command-and-control applications while managing complex, large-scale codebases.

Responsibilities

You will lead the technical direction of a high-impact team while remaining hands-on in the design, implementation, and code review of mission-critical software. You will also mentor junior engineers and drive the development of advanced algorithms for air and missile defense systems.

Qualifications
