Job summary

A Vehicle Technician specializing in LGV (Large Goods Vehicles) responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing faults, and repairing commercial vehicles such as Ford Transit Vans and Peugeot Boxers, ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a fleet of light commercial vehicles to ensure they remain safe and compliant. This involves using diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

diagnostic equipment (Texa, Bosch) diagnostics electrical systems fault-finding IT skills mechanical systems vehicle repairs vehicle servicing workshop efficiency

Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and possess a full UK driving licence. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar technician role is required, along with strong diagnostic skills.
