Support the management team in maintaining high standards in holiday home cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Conduct inspections, manage cleaning teams, ensure compliance with health regulations, and handle guest queries efficiently.

Responsibilities

The Accommodation Supervisor supports the management team by ensuring holiday homes meet high cleanliness and safety standards through regular inspections and hands-on cleaning. They are also responsible for leading, training, and coaching the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidates must have prior experience in team supervision and the physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and inspections. A full UK driving licence is required, along with the flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
