Job summary

The Sales Representative role involves in-home customer consultations, roofing inspections, and developing new business through company-provided and self-generated leads. The position offers extensive training, a commission-based earning structure, and opportunities for career advancement in roofing and exterior home improvements.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations, inspect roofs, identify homeowner needs, recommend exterior solutions, prepare estimates, and close sales. Manage company-provided leads while generating new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting, and coordinate sold projects with production and operations.
