Job summary

AIG offers a Summer Internship in the Marine Underwriting department where interns will support risk evaluation, develop insurance solutions, analyze market trends, and gain hands-on experience in marine insurance within a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

The intern will support the evaluation and underwriting of marine insurance risks, including Inland Marine, Ocean Cargo, and Marine Liability. They will collaborate with underwriters and risk consultants to develop tailored insurance solutions and analyze market trends to support business growth.

Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an expected graduation date no later than June 2028. Applicants must be available for the full 9-week program and possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
