Responsibilities

Assist customers through phone, email, and chat by answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders and changes, and recommending suitable products or services. Protect customer information, maintain accurate records, participate in outbound calls, and contribute to individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications

Attention to Detail Communication Skills Computer Literacy Conflict Resolution Customer Service Data Entry Multitasking Problem Solving Product Knowledge

A high school diploma or GED is required, and the role is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience; customer service, banking, or retail experience is a plus. Candidates should have strong multitasking, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to learn.
