Job summary

Lead onboarding for North American hotel clients, managing team and customer relationships, ensuring smooth deployments, and leveraging automation. Oversee strategic accounts and improve onboarding quality, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

You will lead and develop a regional team of Onboarding Project Managers and Coaches to ensure successful customer implementations and high-quality onboarding experiences. Additionally, you will personally oversee strategic accounts, manage escalations, and partner with cross-functional leadership to drive regional performance metrics.

Qualifications

Customer Success Hospitality Technology Hotel Operations Project Management Team Management

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality technology and at least 2 years of direct management experience in onboarding or implementation. Strong project management skills, proficiency with CRM tools, and a deep understanding of North American hotel operations are required.
