Job summary

The Senior Director of People & Talent Operations oversees the end-to-end employee lifecycle, develops and manages HR systems and processes, leads the People Operations team, and drives automation and data accuracy to support scaling a global workforce at Crusoe. The role entails strategic system design, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director of People Operations will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle and design the global systems, processes, and data architecture to support company scaling. They will lead the People Operations team, drive the implementation of Workday, and integrate AI and automation to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in People Operations or HR Shared Services, with at least 7 years in leadership roles during periods of rapid growth. Proven expertise in architecting HR systems, managing cross-functional change, and operating within a global, multi-entity structure is required.
