Job summary

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate, high-quality in-home nursing care for infants, pediatrics, and adults. The role involves executing doctors' orders, monitoring clients, and building client relationships, primarily with no weekend requirements.

Responsibilities

The LPN will travel to client homes to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care, including performing assessments and monitoring patient conditions. They are responsible for executing doctors' orders and documenting all observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.

Qualifications
