Responsibilities

The Director will lead financial due diligence, commercial structuring, and lifecycle management for land and real estate transactions supporting data center campuses. They will serve as the primary finance partner for Real Estate, Development, and Power teams to ensure deal viability and long-term asset performance.

Qualifications

Asset Management Cross-Functional Collaboration Due Diligence Economic Incentives Financial Modeling Land Acquisition Lease and Purchase Negotiation Negotiation Project Finance Real Estate Finance

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in real estate finance, land acquisition, or infrastructure sectors with strong financial modeling skills. A bachelor's degree is required, while an MBA or JD is considered a plus.
