Job summary

Seeking a Facilities Specialist with a mechanical engineering background to support operation, maintenance, and improvement of critical building infrastructure in a GMP manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include managing mechanical systems like HVAC, piping, pumps, troubleshooting, compliance, project oversight, and supporting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Serve as the mechanical subject matter expert to support the operation, maintenance, and improvement of critical building infrastructure and utility systems. Lead complex troubleshooting, manage maintenance strategies, and provide technical oversight for installations and qualifications in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

Chilled Water Systems Energy Management HVAC Mechanical Engineering Piping Systems Preventive Maintenance Pumps Regulatory Compliance Steam Systems Troubleshooting

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Must possess strong technical expertise in mechanical building systems and proficiency with Building Management Systems (BMS).
