Job summary

Provides urgent nursing care in emergency room, performing patient assessment, planning, interventions, and collaborating with medical team in accordance with policies.

Responsibilities

Performs patient assessments, determines priority of care, and provides immediate interventions in an emergency room setting. Collaborates with medical staff to formulate, implement, and evaluate effective care plans in accordance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

ACLS certification cardiac dysrhythmia management care planning collaboration with medical staff data analysis emergency care ICU skills immediate interventions patient assessment trauma assessment

Requires a current New Jersey nursing license and one year of clinical experience, with enrollment in a BSN or MSN program expected within six months of hire. Must hold or obtain American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other specialized trauma and critical care certifications.
