Job summary

Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a fast-paced beverage manufacturing company to lead finance operations, manage accounting processes, supervise staff, ensure compliance with GAAP, oversee audits, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

The Accounting Manager will oversee routine GL operations, month-end close, and cost accounting functions while supervising staff. They will also partner cross-functionally to manage audits, job costing, and process improvements within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Accountant Cost Accounting ERP Systems Financial Reporting GAAP Internal Controls Microsoft Excel SAP B1/S4HANA Team Leadership Variance Analysis

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or CPG. Proficiency in ERP software and strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles are required.
