Responsibilities

The Technical Services & ESG Manager will lead the delivery of operational and technical services, managing MEP contracts and ensuring statutory compliance across a diverse property portfolio. They will also act as an expert advisor to the ESG team, implementing sustainability guidelines and managing engineering projects to enhance environmental performance.

Candidates must have a proven track record in facilities management, specifically in managing MEP and performance-based contracts with a focus on sustainability. An appropriate engineering degree or HND/HNC qualification is required, along with professional engineering status and IOSH Managing Safely certification.
