Job summary

As a Senior Talent Brand Manager, you will shape how current and prospective team members understand what it means to work at GitLab. You'll bring our employer value proposition to life through talent brand strategy, recruitment marketing, and integrated campaigns across the candidate journey. Responsibilities include leading brand strategy, designing campaigns, building content systems, advising on audience strategy, and improving candidate experiences, utilizing data, AI tools, and storytelling skills.
