Job summary

Seeking a compassionate and independent PRN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized nursing care at patients' homes, including assessments, medication administration, patient education, and care plan development in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will conduct health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct patient care including medication administration and wound care. They will also educate patients and families while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, holistic home health services.

Qualifications

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Texas RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least one year of clinical nursing experience is preferred, along with reliable transportation and proficiency in electronic health records.
