Seeking a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for mobile facilities management, responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, and supporting building systems across multiple client sites including Heathrow and surrounding areas. Requires mechanical skills, fault-finding, and experience with building services, HVAC, pumps, and ventilation.

Responsibilities

The engineer will perform planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across various client sites, including fault finding and repairs on HVAC and building plant systems. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate service records, ensuring safety compliance, and communicating effectively with clients and the engineering team.

BMS Controls Fault finding Generators HVAC Mechanical maintenance Pressurisation systems Pumps Ventilation Water hygiene

Candidates must hold a City & Guilds Level 3 Mechanical qualification and possess significant experience in facilities management or commercial building services. Strong mechanical fault-finding skills and the ability to work independently across multiple sites are essential.
