Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the sales team by designing solutions, delivering demonstrations, managing the technical sales cycle, and advising clients on safe hiring practices in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

You will partner with the sales team to design and deliver unique technical solutions for complex prospects, ensuring they understand the value of Checkr's platform. Additionally, you will act as a trusted expert to educate clients on safe hiring practices and provide actionable feedback to the product team.

Qualifications

API Communication Skills Customer Success Demo and Proof-of-Concept Delivery Pre-sales Support Problem Solving Sales Cycle Management Solution Architecture Solution Design Technical Sales

Candidates must have 2–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or customer success, along with a strong understanding of the technical sales cycle. Proficiency or a strong willingness to learn RESTful APIs and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
