Job summary

The Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical provides direct nursing care using established policies and procedures, collaborates with patients and the healthcare team, develops and implements care plans, educates patients, and fosters a healthy work environment. No experience required, with a focus on patient-centered care in a medical-surgical setting, working 12-hour shifts in a small hospital. Requires RN license and BLS certification, with work areas in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Provides direct nursing care by evaluating patient needs and implementing evidence-based care plans. Collaborates with the inter-professional team to advocate for patients and educate families on health maintenance.

Qualifications
