Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role at a Specialty Care Center responsible for patient care, documentation, and supporting clinic operations in various specialties, working under supervision, collaborating with healthcare team, and adhering to safety and certification standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver delegated nursing care under RN supervision, document care and observations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes. Assist with clinic operations, including patient communication, scheduling, treatment pre-certification, and patient instruction, while participating in performance improvement and required training.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold an active LPN or RN license in Ohio, complete the required 24 continuing education contact hours per two-year renewal period, and maintain American Heart Association BLS certification.
